
Did you know that yoga will help you to love yourself and others around you? Yes, it's true. Through the process of breathe and relaxation, yoga allows you to let go of judgments and criticisms that can have a negative impact on your relationships with others and more importantly, with your Self!
So the next time you find yourself starting to judge someone or a situation, step back and relax. Take several deep breaths and allow your mind to follow the breathe and watch your troubles begin to change into something different and more manageable.
