Realize (real eyes) Your Dreams

See your dreams through real eyes (realize) and they will come true!

About ten years ago I began teaching yoga and aqua classes in the beautiful Caribbean. That was my dream since I was a little girl.


Like most people, it took me years to accept that if I didn't take hold of my life, I'd miss out on making my dreams come true!

Today, I instruct, travel and do lots of creative things that nourish my spirit and fill my soul with pure bliss. Along the way, I've learned what it takes to step up and commit to taking action and responsibilityfor achieving my dreams.  

Another of my dreams was to meet Louise Hay, Founder of Hay House and quantum healer, author, speaker,....  Well, once I got clear on my intention to meet this amazing women, it took just 3 months for me to accomplish this!  She is as beautiful as she is intelligent! 

TODAY I invite you to commit to taking action in your life. What DREAM do you think about and yearn to make real?
